Bosch LAS-Beam: Steerable column speakers for voice evacuation

Compatible with the Praesensa system of Bosch Security Systems, the new LAS-Beam range combines the latest beam steering technology with high-quality sound, Security and control for public address and evacuation by voice and ambient music.

The new series of Bosch LAS-Beam Active Steerable Column Speakers is developed to offer hassle-free integration and high-quality sound of Voice and PA evacuation, with a compact and stylish design to fit any installation.

Thanks to the incorporation of the Active Beam Steering Technology, LAS-Beam is a solution designed to achieve a High speech intelligibility in critical applications, as transportation distribution centers, commercial buildings, Large Retail Stores, sports facilities, Cruise ships and places of worship.

The LAS-Beam series is manufactured in Germany and consists of two loudspeaker models: LAS-Beam-S and LAS-Beam-L; the corresponding brackets and extension assemblies, along with a configuration interface, available early in the third quarter of 2025.

The speaker LAS-Beam-S, with a size of 50 Cm, has Four 3.5" drives, each powered by a specific amplifier channel 100 W, which is processed by an integrated digital signal processing module. This generates a Single steerable beam, with a range of 15 Meters.

The model LAS-Beam-L, of 90 Cm, has Eight 3.5" drives, which is fed and processed just like the previous one, while generating one or two steerable beams with a Scope of 25 Meters.
