Vueling incorporates biometric recognition to identify travellers

Vueling, company belonging to the IAG Group, has deployed voluntary facial recognition at the Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat airports, Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas, Palma de Mallorca, Menorca and Ibiza in the first phase, which started last November. The system has been implemented after passing a pilot test. This collaboration project began two years ago with the airline's passengers on the Barcelona-Malaga route.
