The implementation of this technology also gives family members peace of mind, who make sure it's only them, users and their caregivers, Who can access, whose only requirement is that the legal guardians and residents give their consent to the center to register them in the system through a photo, and thus enter and leave their room simply by approaching the terminal and showing their face.
"I liked the facial access solution because it's a way for my sister to have her freedom and her decision to come and go; and to have autonomy and privacy," he explains Silvia Pérez, sister of a user of the San José Center-. We have freely chosen this technology, since the autonomy and freedom of each individual is paramount; and we have to start by being able to open the door".
Through the physical access solution with facial recognition, Veridas has managed to positively impact the lives of millions of people around the world, with technology that allows people with disabilities to regain their autonomy and freedom.
"The technologies that Veridas has are already having a positive impact on society. In this specific case of the San José Center, with greater freedom and autonomy and privacy," he explains Eduardo Azanza, CEO of this company-. Our solutions are applied in other sectors. In Mexico, For example, We have been making the faith of the life of pensioners for more than a year through their voice".
This facial recognition verification and authentication solution has had a positive impact on other sectors, such as stadiums and sporting events. "We have seen how the elderly have been our main users and the biggest fans. They're looking at something that's digital, but that is very easy to use", Azanza stresses.
