Dahua installs a comprehensive security system at Haitian's plant in Mexico

Dahua Technology has installed an extensive video-based safety system at the Mexican facility of one of the largest manufacturers of injection molding machinery, Haitian International.
The project has been carried out in its production plant of 40.000 square meters located in Jalisco. The company needed perimeter protection, Access control and monitoring for security and efficient site management.
The remote location, the size of the facility and its perimeter posed security and infrastructure challenges for Haitian International managers.
Installation challenges included the remote location of the site with its lack of infrastructure, The size and complexity of the installation, including the provision of a wireless network, and different Dahua products and systems, including a variety of internal and external cameras, Perimeter protection sensors, Access control hardware and software, maintenance and support systems.
End-to-end infrastructure
The company Aldo installed a large number of security systems, Surveillance monitoring and access control. This infrastructure includes cameras Speed Dome IR pole and wall mounted, as well as others for intrusion detection, External video surveillance and detectors mounted on quad beam fences for long-distance perimeter protection.
With regard to access control, the solution includes two ANPR cameras (DHI-ITC215-PW6M-IRLZF) at the entrance of the parking lot to manage the entry/exit of authorized vehicles.
Dahua provided a system of access control of personnel including turnstiles at the main entrance door that can be activated by security cards.
Installed Revolving barriers (ASGB510J-L, ASGB520J-D, ASGB510J-R) at the entrance of the administrative building to facilitate access for employees and other visitors who come to the building. There is also an assistance terminal (ASA2212A) with module of Fingerprint identification in the lobby to check in/express check-out, which is managed through an interface manufactured by Dahua.
