Axis' new technology expertise centre in Vancouver

In its strategy of having a local presence with technological and commercial centers in the American continent, Axis Communications has opened an AEC in British Columbia, the second established in Canada.

The new one Axis Experience Center (AEC) Vancouver marks the Swedish manufacturer's third opening in the second half of 2022 and its second center in Canada, "A natural choice to support our vision for strategic growth and innovation".

This British Columbia city has many Axis customers in key industries, as a retailer, Transport, Critical infrastructure and technology. Already known as Techouver, Vancouver is experiencing a period of job growth and development in the technology sector.

This new center offers partners, Local customers and businesses the opportunity to interact with the latest network technologies from this manufacturer in real-world scenarios before deploying them within their own organizations, as video surveillance systems, access control, Audio & Intercom, including the latest innovations from 2N and analytics applications such as Axis Object Analytics (AOA), Perimeter Defender, People Counting, License Plate Verifier, Etc.

The location also serves Axis' commitment to minimizing the environmental impact of its operations to help reduce its carbon footprint and use natural resources responsibly.. The new AEC is located inside Broadway Tech Center, A business campus that is committed to sustainability with the use of green roofs, Electric vehicle charging stations and bicycle lockers.

With more AEC opening announcements before the end of the year, Vancouver joins New York City, Boston, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Fort Lauderdale, Houston, Los Angeles, San Jose, Washington DC, Toronto, Mexico City and Sao Paulo.
