The world's largest mirror building installs its evacuation system with LDA Audio Tech

More than 170 speakers designed by LDA Audio Tech with NEO solutions, allow the issuance of pre-recorded messages and warnings in real time in the building Maraya which is located in the Al-Ula desert.

Maraya Concert Hall is a spectacular building, located in the middle of the desert of Al-Ula in Saudi Arabia. As its name suggests, it is a construction of mirrors that has had the technology of LDA Audio Tech for your public address and voice evacuation infrastructure.

In this project, the controller NEO, certified according to the EN standard 54-16, is supported by units NEO Extension 8250 and microphones MPS-8Z with keyboard extensions MPS-8K. This allows the issuance of pre-recorded messages and warnings in real time, both for public address and ambient music and for emergency situations in case of evacuation.

Maraya is also equipped with 170 speakers manufactured by LDA Audio Tech, in roof models, loudspeakers and wall-mounted, distributed throughout the enclosure to ensure good acoustics in all types of situations.

The Maraya building is part of the historic complex, cultural and leisure Al-Ula, located northwest of the Saudi kingdom. It is certified by Guinness World Records as the largest mirror building in the world with an area of 9.740 square meters of reflective surface.

It has a capacity for more than 500 people and not only works as a concert hall, but also as a suitable venue to host large events: conferences, Congresses, international meetings, Etc. It also has large exhibition areas, bars and a fine dining restaurant on the terrace.
