Optimus presents two modular power ranges for public address and voice alarm
With chassis to house up to four line power modules 100 V -between 60 And 460 W each-, Optimus brings flexibility and versatility to public address and voice alarm installations with the new DA-4PM/0 and DA-4PM/0F2.
The Spanish manufacturer Optimus has available modular power ranges for public address and voice alarm DA-4PM/0 And DA-4PM/0F2, prepared to house up to four modules that can be 60, 120, 150, 250, 300 And 460 W RMS in-line power of 100 Ⅴ.
This flexibility makes it easy to configure custom power stages for installation, From 1 X 60 W to 4 X 460 W, going through all the combinations in between. In addition, at any time can be reconfigured and expanded, adjusting to the needs of the installation and its extensions.
Another of its advantages is the possibility of choosing power modules powered only in alternating current or both alternating and direct (24 V DC), for when a battery or UPS power is required, as a safety measure in the event of a fall from the electrical network.
In the latter case, the efficiency of the Class D (90%), the possibility to select the power of each module among the multiple options and use the sleep mode to adjust the dimensions of the safety power supply, reduce your consumption and extend the maximum operating time of the system.
The DA-4PM/0F2 chassis occupies two rack height units and a warning safety relay and a program input can be added as an option to each power module (RSAP-F2).
The safety relay is the one that allows the dissemination of live warnings in case there are attenuators in the installation, and program input supports a music signal, For example, which will be replaced by live notice as it has a higher priority.
With this option you can configure each speaker area to measure: areas without music and without attenuators will go without the RSAP-F2 relay, and those that go with music and / or attenuators will incorporate it. The chassis has four switches to individually turn off and on each power module.
Occupying only one unit of rack height, the DA-4PM/0 chassis is designed for voice alarm, therefore it does not have front switches to avoid undue disconnections and, the most important thing, allows the change of a power module, or the extension of the stage, with the system running (hot-swap). This security measure facilitates technical maintenance tasks, while ensuring uninterrupted system operation.
Optimus DA-4PM/0 is a device designed for integration with voice alarm and evacuation systems Compact And OptimaX2 manufacturer's, although it works autonomously and can be installed as a multichannel power stage in combination with any equipment that provides the audio signal.
