Scati at resort Cancun

In this complex has been installed a complete video surveillance system of Scati with thermography and license plate recognition solutions, in addition to 300 minidome cameras.

Scati thermal camerasA large luxury resort located in Cancun guarantees the safety of its guests thanks to Scati technology. The hotel, located between the Caribbean Sea and the Petempich Bay Lagoon, is one of the best hotel complexes in the area and has two horseshoe-shaped buildings, each with its own personality and atmosphere.

To offer your customers the best conditions, the hotel has invested in a complete video surveillance system that incorporates thermography and license plate recognition systems. In addition, more than 300 cameras ensure guest safety.

It is a newly built hotel complex that has quickly become one of the great references of the sector in Mexico. To cover all the requirements of this project, Scati has worked hand in hand with one of its trusted integrators.

Since the opening of the hotel occurred during the pandemic, thermographic solutions have been incorporated into the project to protect the main accesses, as well as the common areas of the complex.

Scati minidome camerasScati thermography systems measure body temperature with high accuracy and send an alarm when a subject exceeds the previously set desirable temperature. Next to this alarm, operators receive a thermal and optical image offered simultaneously by the cameras, the data of the temperature and the brand on who has caused the alarm to be able to respond quickly to the incident.

Moreover, this resort has included a license plate recognition system (Lpr), to give a better service to its customers and simplify their stay at the hotel. Scati license plate recognition systems allow to automate and control the entry and exit of vehicles from the facilities. In this way, vehicles passing through the complex can be kept under control.

With these analytics, video systems detect the vehicle, send an alarm and compare the image with the database hosted on the VCR, activating the corresponding protocol of action automatically.

The security installation of the complex is completed with the incorporation of more than 300 Cameras. Including, Predominate 234 outdoor IP minidome, which are ideal both for scenarios with low lighting or environments in which there is a great contrast, since they always offer the best image quality thanks to their infrared capable of covering up to 10 meters away.

Scati minidome series cameras offer basic video analytics such as motion and facial detection, scene change, line crossing or intrusion. In addition, their discreet size makes them ideal to protect places where the privacy and intimacy of customers prevails.

With this project, not only have the hotel facilities been secured against vandalism or dangerous situations.. The technologies in Artificial Intelligence that the teams incorporate have tools that improve the business.

Thanks to the installed solution, the hotel can get information from its guests, know your needs and preferences, and improve your satisfaction during your stay at the resort.

Moreover, it is possible to obtain relevant and necessary information in each situation. Customer health risks can be detected and monitored, thanks to thermographic control systems and even prevent the entry into the facilities of people who exceed the appropriate temperature.

Next to the thermographic control, license plate recognition allows the hotel to have its access controlled, improving their security and giving them the possibility of giving a differential treatment to customers from the first moment of their stay in the complex.

Thanks to the Scati solution, one of the most exclusive hotels in Mexico has a state-of-the-art CCTV system, with analytics and advanced functionalities, which allows you to guarantee the safety and satisfaction of your customers during their stay.
