Sicur 2022: the reunion of the national and international security industry returns

The International Security Hall, Sicur 2022, has opened its doors and for four days will show in Ifema Madrid the most innovative in terms of security. The offer of the fair is accompanied this year by the platform Sicur LiveConnect that comes to complement in a digital way the face-to-face participation of companies and professionals, allowing to extend the temporal and geographical framework for the preparation and monitoring of the fair.

Provides information about equipment, solutions and services from industry providers, and has a matchmaking tool that shows customer preferences; helps maintain online meetings and organize face-to-face meetings, as well as getting contacts, among other features.

Three major sectors

As in other editions, Sicur 2022 is held articulated in three large sections: Fire and Emergency Safety, representing the 23% of the offer of the fair and is located in the pavilion 8; Occupational Safety, occupies the pavilions 4 And 6, with the participation of the 34%; And Security, which focuses on the pavilion 10 and represents the 43% of the participation of the fair.

In this last sector everything that has to do with electronic security is shown, physics, security services and all technological innovation at the service of the protection of property and lives.

In this space you can see high security and anti-terrorism equipment, intelligent access control and alarm systems, Video surveillance, perimeter protection, intruder detection, as well as equipment for state security forces and bodies.

Special solutions for the healthcare sector are also being exhibited., armoured doors and smart safes, locks that are managed remotely with the mobile, as well as state-of-the-art drones, and high-performance biometric solutions capable of detecting several faces at once, with mask detection and body temperature measurement, even a fabric for the protection of works of art against fire, among others.

Sicur Forum

Next to the commercial offer, Sicur Forum is located, one of the axes of this fair as a reference of knowledge and that includes the conference program. In this space the experts deal with the new challenges and demands of global security.

In addition, includes a conference on drones to address new technologies in incident resolution and innovation and new challenges in firefighting. Sicur Forum also deepens the coordination between public health and occupational health.

Sicur Cyber and Resilience

In this appointment there is no lack of space dedicated to cybersecurity, Sicur Cyber, focused on solutions and tools for information protection, the systems and data of companies in the face of cyber threats.

Integrates a program of conferences and presentations aimed at disseminating knowledge and culture of cybersecurity among the world of security, and to give voice to the needs of the security industry and its advances in this regard.

The Sicur Resilencia space is dedicated to the concept of the resilience of companies and organizations, co-organized with the Spanish Technological Platform for Industrial Safety (PESI) host on Thursday, 24 February, the celebration of the Conference on the call R + D + i of the Custer-3 Civil Security for Society of Horizon Europe, the S2R International Congress (Safety & Security Research in Europe) and the S2R Innovation and Women and Security Management Awards.

The Innovation Gallery focuses on the exhibition of the lines of research and development in which companies in the security sector work.

On this occasion they have been selected 31 products that stand out for their high degree of innovation in design and technology. By sector, ten of these products are applicable to the field of fire and emergency safety; 15 correspond to Security, And 6 to occupational safety.
