Axis exhibits in Sicur its latest solutions for critical infrastructures, retail and transport

Present at the Ingram Micro stand, Axis has attended the fair with its latest news, as the SoC Artpec-8, body cam W100 body camera, network audio solutions and the most innovative camera station.

Axis Communications attends one more year the International Security Exhibition (Sicur 2022), which is celebrated in Ifema Madrid of the 22 To 25 February, and it does so by sharing a stand with Ingram Micro (10H28), where it shows its latest products and solutions aimed at the critical infrastructure sector, retail, logistics and transport.

Among the novelties that can be seen at the fair highlights the new chip (Soc) Artpec-8 enabling powerful analytics at the edge, based on deep learning, in which the cameras have the processing power to analyze the data on the device itself; the body camera body cam W100; network audio solutions and the latest developments from Axis Camera Station, the built-in software to manage cameras, Intercoms, audio and analytics.

Sicur Cyber Technical Conference

At the same time, within the framework of Sicur Cyber, Alberto Alonso, Solutions Engineer for Southern Europe has participated in a technical conference in which the topic of cybersecurity in access controls has been discussed, video surveillance and mobile devices.

During his speech, it has been explained how effective cybersecurity involves the assessment of risks and their consequences. This is why it is necessary to have cybersecurity functions integrated into the solutions that are used every day in video surveillance. To do this, maintaining cybersecurity requires the use of state-of-the-art products.

For its part, Bruno Azula, recently appointed Sales Manager, has participated in a round table organized by the Spanish Security Association (Aes). It has talked about solutions and tools for the protection of information, enterprise systems and data, in the face of cyber threats.
