Bosch expands IP 8000i range with 1080p and 4MP models

Bosch Security has introduced the new Flexidome IP Starlight 8000i-X series, models that are incorporated into the manufacturer's line of smart cameras and are available in HD 1080p and 4 Mp. Belonging to the IP 8000i range, are ideal solutions for critical applications where lighting and moving objects are a challenge.

Strengthen safety, because they are able to capture relevant data in very complex scenes thanks to the built-in Artificial Intelligence and new image quality features.

Flexidome IP Starlight 8000i-X cameras include 1/1.8 sensor″ and new imaging technologies HDR X And Starlight X, to achieve the best possible image quality at all light levels, while reducing HDR movement and blur to a minimum.

Built-in Artificial Intelligence benefits from optimal image quality, that improves reliability and performance, Intelligent Video Analytics and Camera Trainer. This allows them to offer predictive solutions.

HDR X and Starlight X technologies

They offer a full top-level dynamic range with HDR X technology (Until 144 Db) for low-light scenes.

It provides an even better dynamic range than traditional HDR, as the details of moving objects in scenes with difficult lighting are displayed without blur or distortion, which results in even clearer images.

The 1/1.8 sensor″ delivers very sharp images combined with starlight X technology, ensuring optimal performance in low-light scenes.

With a maximum frame rate of 60 Fps, users can enjoy a smooth image capture.

In addition, its high-quality double-layer coating protects it from corrosion.

Game change

With the free Bosch Project Assistant app, installers can plan, preconfigure and launch video security projects without having to touch the camera or lens.

This includes the ability to perform displacement movements, Inclination, turn and zoom (PTRZ) to orient the camera to the necessary field of view.

Remote setup and commissioning can also be done at a later stage, once all the cameras have been installed. Simply connect your Project Assistant wirelessly to the camera.
