Hikvision extends the warranty on its high-performance, feature-free devices to five years

The manufacturer endorses with this decision the quality of a selection of products, aiming to strengthen customer confidence and increase the added value of their solutions.

Focused on projects with high requirements, Hikvision has selected a group of high-performance devices and functionalities, extending the warranty to five years.

As for the selected models, includes a wide variety of devices such as recorders, LPR license plate reading cameras, Ptz, Panoramic, fisheye (Fisheye) thermal and thermal, among others.

With this initiative, the manufacturer wants to increase the value it brings to its customers, generating greater confidence, especially in those operations or projects where the reliability and technological performance of the solution is a determining factor.

Technological and commercial collaboration

Moreover, Hikvision and Cambium Networks have formalized a strategic partnership agreement aimed at the corporate field, smart sities and security in critical facilities.

As a result,, Cambium Networks connectivity technology and its cnVision solution will simplify the deployment and management of large wireless CCTV and video surveillance networks based on Hikivision solutions.

The agreement will enable the development of high value-added projects based on the complementarity and synergies of the technologies of both companies. In this sense, integrating your platforms into a comprehensive solution will facilitate the deployment of next-generation mission-critical security deployments.

Cambium connectivity solutions provide security, Reliability, bandwidth, to which cnVision adds centralized management and 'health' of the network. For its part, Hikvision's HIKCentral platform offers a centralized complete surveillance tool, base, AI technologies and deep learning, that simplifies the integration and management of video surveillance devices into a VMS optimizing its control.

In addition to technological collaboration, the agreement calls for the development of joint projects and trade actions that facilitate cross-selling and its positioning in emerging markets, especially in the corporate and institutional sphere, integrators and public administrations.
