Johnson Controls offers contactless access solutions to Alcatraz AI technology
Both companies collaborate in the development of security solutions and services based on artificial intelligence technology.
Data-driven access control technologies Johnson Controls and the facial recognition of Alcatraz AI combine to develop solutions and services to protect users and authenticate access to facilities without contact.
Based on the artificial intelligence development of Alcatraz AI, this new security proposal will provide a faster response, accurate and reliable to prevent the spread of COVID-19, as the corporate communiqué points out.
As John Hudson points out, Vp. and security manager at Johnson Controls, "the ability to respectfully monitor who enters a building is critical. Facial recognition technology allows us to offer our customers an extra level of protection and peace of mind knowing exactly who enters and leaves their facilities".
In this sense, the company's goal is "more than ever, provide our customers with the tools and integrations needed to make buildings smarter, safer and more connected", underlines this manager.
Alcatraz Rock software uses real-time neural network facial mapping to automatically authenticate a person, based on all current access control methods. Integration with Johnson Controls technology provides quick, contactless access to key entry points in organizations.
"Contactless entry into accesses is essential to public health today, and this partnership takes us to the next level, combining our facial authentication technology with Johnson Controls security solutions, ranging from advanced vehicle tracking detection to automatic employee registration".
