This line, constructed of stainless steel, is designed to be installed in particularly corrosive environments. For its rigorous technical characteristics, all the details have been carefully analyzed, suitable for industrial or high-sea employment.

Videotec NXPTZ Series2

The new generation of Full HD PTZ cameras Videotec NXPTZ Series2 is designed for outdoor preventive safety applications in the most difficult environmental conditions.

The PTZ range has been fully updated and expanded to include visible day/night camcorders, FullHD 1080p, with Delux technology or Sony FCB-EV7520, capable of producing with optimal image clarity, even in the toughest lighting conditions.

Videotec NXPTZ Series2New thermal or dual vision network PTZ models are also available for extreme accuracy in perimeter detection and control, and the control and monitoring of high-risk environments with poor lighting conditions.

Thermal camcorders also offer radiometry functions for accurate temperature readings, useful in monitoring industrial processes.

Thanks to Videotec Analytics they have advanced video analysis features that help in outdoor applications by supporting preventive detection of intruders.

This new technology, developed internally from start to finish by Videotec, uses powerful algorithms for very accurate detection and automatic tracking even in the harshest environmental conditions. The detection algorithm is reliable even in rain, Snow, camera vibrations, low contrast, sudden changes in light or shadows, and in the presence of small animals or insects.

The new PTZ NXPTZ PTZ Series camcorders can be geo-located on maps to support GeoMove and GeoMove features&Track. The GeoMove feature is very useful in perimeter surveillance systems and for port traffic control, because it allows you to capture any target through geographic coordinates, even in critical visibility conditions or at sea.

In a video surveillance system, the GeoMove feature can typically be activated using a camera with Videotec Analytics or through third-party software such as Video Management Software (Vms), that provides the geographic coordinates of a target and uses them to guide Videotec's PTZ cameras to capture the target.

Coordinates can also be sent in the same way using Ship Tracking Services (Vts – navigation control services) or radar control systems.

In addition, PTZ video cameras with Videotec Analytics can enable GeoMove&Track. In this case, the camera that receives the coordinates of the lens, thanks to video analytics, can autonomously recognize and track the geo-localized goal.

Compared to the previous generation, Series2 camcorders can connect the PTZ via fiber optics, thanks to the SFP module slot installed directly at the base of the unit.

NXPTZ Series2 PTZ cameras operate in corrosive environments, thanks to its construction in AISI 316L stainless steel with micropulted and electropulted surfaces, and the extreme precision adopted during construction processes.

Grades IP66/IP67/IP68/IP69, in addition to ensuring full protection against inclement weather, allow the device to be cleaned with high-pressure hot water jets.
