ProdexTec takes a positive account of its participation in SICUR 2020 with their associated brands

A versatile and complete proposal in perimeter security and detection systems, from active and passive infrared columns, Detectors, microwave barriers, laser technology, fence protection, LED IR illuminators, even IP transmission and video analysis are part of the technological innovation that this Spanish distributor has shown in the contest.

An excellent reception of its commercial proposal and thanks to the professionals who have passed through its two stands mark the positive balance that the distributor of perimeter security systems ProdexTec carried out after its recent participation in Sicur 2020 with their associated brands.

"Since 2016 emerged as a distributor brand of perimeter solutions, ProdexTec has been earning, little by little, the confidence of the best manufacturers in the sector in each of the technologies and solutions available to the market today", explain from the company.

The proposal offered by ProdexTec, as he has shown in his two spaces, located at the entrance to the pavilion 10 of Ifema, has leading brands in the active infrared technology market such as Japanese Takex, Optex.

Strengthen these brands by global manufacturer of infrared columns Bunker Security, which has partners in more than fifty countries on all continents and has developed the easyPack system, custom-designed columns as requested by the customer, with all the elements pre-installed, connected and wired.

Within microwave technology and pioneer in this field in Europe, Cias Elettronica provides ProdexTec with microwave barrier ranges, analogue and digital, more complete that currently exist in the market, as shown in the exhibition space of the contest.

In addition to the well-known Ermo 482, there are much more advanced microwave barriers like Coral Plus models, ErmoX Pro and versions adaptable to other more modest installations, such as the Manta or Ermusa microwave barrier. The novelty this year at SICUR 2020 has been the Micro-Ray column, winner of the award for 'Best Alarm and Detection Product 2019'.

The proposal in short-range passive infrared technology was represented by takex's MS100E model and MS12TE family of dual detectors. For installations that need more secure-reaching solutions, the Redwall range of detectors with their IPS (SIP5030, SIP404, SIP100 among others) Optex is the choice shown to professionals.

ProdexTec had a space to show advances in laser technology, where the Optex Redscan and Redscan Mini range were the proposals. Moreover, the British manufacturer GJD showed alternatives, as an innovative Watch GJD515 laser, offering up to 500 meters of range.

An important part of the ProdexTec catalogue present at the contest was perimeter safety solutions for fence protection. In this field, the distributor has magnetophonic cable solutions (Blackfeet de Cias); short-range fiber optics (Apache by Cias) or long-range manufacturer Fibersensys, approved by the American army. Mems-powered equipment, like the Sioux system manufactured by Cias offers the possibility to create different configurations within the same area and thus adapt to any situation.

New additions

Recent additions to the ProdexTec catalogue highlight the brand Clarius, GJD, with a range of infrared Led illuminators designed to work with black and white cameras, day and night, as well as white light, created to emit a perfect white light for use with color cameras.

AVS Electronics, Italian manufacturer of Foggy anti-theft fog generators, is another brand that already markets ProdexTec in Spain and Potrugal. Their systems distribute a thick white mist on a surface of up to 750 M³ in a minute (Foggy 50W model) and 100 M³ in ten seconds, which prevents the correct visibility of the place for thirty minutes and makes the goods safe from thieves as security forces arrive in the area.

In the telecommunications environment, ProdexTec distributes the wide range of products KBC Networks, one of the world's most reputable manufacturers in industrial transmission, whose systems are installed globally for the safety and surveillance of buildings, intelligent transport networks and industrial control systems.

KBC Networks has a wide range of IP products comprising media converters, different types of industrial switches, encoders and decoders and ThruLink; standard digital fiber optics and Afom; Wireless solutions with standard, high-speed bandwidth capacity, in addition to remote power and surveillance.

Specialized in video analysis for perimeter security and automatic license plate recognition, Tempos Analytics has been the last brand to be part of ProdexTec's commercial proposal (more data in Digital Security).
