Siemens brings its thermographic video surveillance system to SICUR capable of detecting fever

In full swing of the 'coronavirus', the Testo FeverDetection solution stars as one of the manufacturer's latest developments in the contest and the interest of professionals, because it allows to visualize the body temperature of people by remote control.

One of the new features is the TestoFeverDetection solution, a video surveillance system that, thanks to the integration of thermal imaging cameras, detects people's body temperature. This system has not only aroused interest in the extent of the coronavirus (Covid-19), but was already tested when Avian Influenza was started and is increasingly used in large facilities with an influx of people.

Another proposal is the Siveillance VMS intelligent video management platform, that makes it easy to manage the whole system from a single solution, including various cameras and other security devices.

In addition, the new version of Siveillance Video 2019 R3, that unifies searches on multiple cameras at the same time in a single tab; and Siveillance Control Viewpoint, incorporating in its new version the ability to group alarms according to their location and timeline, are presented for the first time in the contest.

Within the Siveillance family, Siveillance MobileAccess access control solution is also shown, an application that turns smartphones into digital keys and that open only the doors to those rooms that people are allowed access to.

This system is cloud-based and functions as software as a service', to adapt flexibly and scalablely to every need, especially suitable for offices, Hotels, Etc. and shown in the contest with the XS4 Leap locks.

Following the company's premise of monitoring in real time and from a single platform the different security systems, in this area of the stand also this Arcules, a cloud video solution that directly connects cameras to the Cloud Siemens private for video management and storage.

In this way, the customer does not need to have IT infrastructure, because only a small network device is installed that communicates with the multinational cloud.

In terms of critical infrastructure, Siemens unveils HI-SCAN 6040 CTiX, X-ray baggage inspection equipment that uses CT technology for handbags and carry-on bags.

As a novelty, eliminates the need to remove electronic devices and liquids from luggage, speeding up airport security checks and improving the passenger experience, among other systems.
