Johnson Controls BT&S entrusts Ricardo Arroyo with Iberia's general management and sales in Europe
The objective from its new responsibility will be to leverage the multinational's trade bases to continue generating growth throughout the region.
Ricardo Arroyo, so far vice president of emEA retail Johnson Controls Building Technologies & Solutions, has been appointed CEO of Iberia and senior sales director in Europe of this company, charge that will become official on 1 January 2020.
With the aim of continuing to work on the growth and development of Johnson Controls BT&S in Iberia and Europe, "the company has bet on a key name for the organization's success over the past decade", signals the official statement, underlining Ricardo's "outstanding sales and leadership experience", who will focus on leveraging our strong business bases to lead the project and continue to generate growth across the region".
Arroyo began his career at the company in January 2000, and over the years has held various senior operational management positions in Spain. More recently, as vice president of retail EMEA, has been responsible for the transformation of the division, "significantly growing this part of the business and expanding Johnson Controls' leadership position as an integrated solution provider and retail market expert".
Specifically,, from the company point to the success achieved from this division with Sensormatic Solutions loss prevention and inventory intelligence solutions throughout the region.
Bachelor of Business Administration and Management (specializing in marketing) by the European Business Institution of Madrid and Kennedy-Western University of California (Usa. U.S.), and in Business Administration (specializing in finance) by the University of Wales (United Kingdom), Arroyo has developed its professional activity in companies such as General Electric, Price Waterhouse and HP Australia.
