Takex MX-12FM: dual zone detector with outdoor passive infrared sensor
The Sicurezza security pageant 2019 has been the framework chosen by the manufacturer to present this new PIR sensor up to 12 180o dual zone meters marketed by ProdexTec in Spain and Portugal.
The participation of Takex In Sicurezza 2019, recently held in the Italian city of Milan, has been marked by the presentation to the international market of MX-12FAM, your new outdoor intruder detector.
This passive infrared sensor (Pir) incorporates a sophisticated short-range anti-masking system, designed to trigger an alarm (24/7) both when any attempt to override the sensor by obstruction and possible attempts to manipulate or remove the sensor is detected, thanks to the front and rear tampers.
Following the success of Takex's MS and OMS series, brand that markets Prodextec in Spain and Portugal, MX-12FAM detector performs simultaneous analysis in two zones (Dual): horizontal and descendant, thus avoiding false alarms caused by small animals, inclement weather and vehicles on the edge of the area.
One of the new features of MX-12FAM is its dual configuration, that allows you to choose between a detection of up to 12 Meters, differentiating between left and right area, with 90o angle and configurable 180o coverage, with an output for activating a CCTV or additional devices.
With its detection pulse count and sensitivity adjustment, this new Takex sensor is able to maintain operational stability even in extreme conditions. In addition, the manufacturer has added new features and technologies ready for the next generation of intrusion detectors.
