The Extremaduran urbanization Altos del Golf dries its facilities with Secoex and By Demes

The video surveillance infrastructure is based on an IP solution, integrated by a CCTV system, consisting of four staffs with independent solar power, 10 Dahua IP cameras 2 MP and a Hyundai LPR for access control.

Urbanization Altos del Golf It is a luxurious residential nucleus, of some 5.000 square meters of surface, located about 10 km from Badajoz, in a natural environment next to the Guadiana.

After its construction in 2003 There have been several robberies, Therefore, it was decided to install a video surveillance system in the common areas of the urbanization, as a deterrent effect and for greater peace of mind for owners. The chosen option was the solution offered by the installation company Seguridad Integral Secoex and designed jointly with the commercial department of Western Andalusia and Extremadura of By Demes Group.

The video surveillance project for the urbanization consists of a CCTV system, consisting of four poles with an independent solar power system and a total of 10 IP cameras Dahua of 2 MP equipped with motorized varifocal optics.

These cameras are in operation the 24 hours of the day, The 365 days of the year, with the aim of supporting and improving the security service of the urbanization, in addition to helping in the day-to-day life of the community.

The cameras have been installed on poles of 4 Galvanized steel meters, located at strategic points of the facility, to be able to cover all the common areas and access points of the urbanization.

The security system was designed for redundant recording, increasing the level of security and ensuring recordings of and access to events, either through the recording equipment or the cameras themselves during the 24 Hours, by the Secoex integral security receiving center. It can check what is happening at all times and automatically receives important events that occur in the system.

Also, An LPR camera has been installed in the access area to the urbanization (reading license plates) of Hyundai which allows you to have the register of owners and visitors who access the property in the event of an incident.

The technical-commercial team of By Demes Group collaborated with Seguridad Integral Secoex in the planning, development and distribution of the complete system of the Altos del Golf urbanization.
