Sony strengthens its 4K security solutions with HAW-S recorder and SOW-S software

Both developments offer the ability to monitor and record with systems composed of up to 288 surveillance cameras in ultra high resolution.

The HAW-S series features the first 4K-compatible NVR developed by Sony, con capacidad para grabar y reproducir en esta resolución, with the possibility of expanding from sixteen to forty channels.

Especially suitable for common applications in bank branches and retail establishments, this recorder can be used to monitor systems up to 288 Cameras. When used with Sony 4K surveillance devices supports image output functions, as smart trimming (intelligent cropping), as well as perform fast and accurate searches.

In this sense, the system allows access securely and simultaneously to several users, for both live and recorded video, remotely via a mobile device (smartphone or tablet).

In line with this development and similar features and applications, Sony has also introduced the SOW-S management software, which is also the manufacturer's first VMS application for 4K, with 4K recording and playback capability.
