This second edition, that will begin its journey this February by 11 cities in Spain and Portugal, focus its theme on Digital Convergence within the scope of the Internet of Intelligent Security Things.

Hikvision Convergence Truckshow 2019

From the 22 of February and until the month of June, Hikvision you can start your traveling showroom Convergence Truckshow which will cover a total of 69 European cities.

Three trucks will tour nine Spanish and two Portuguese cities to present to the professional public the Digital Convergence in the field of Internet of Intelligent Security Things. Thanks to her, all security equipment (Video surveillance, Intrusion, access control and intercom) work together on a single platform, improving your performance and speeding up decision-making.

The goal is to show how the most advanced equipment can facilitate security, especially in the residential and small and medium-sized enterprises sector (Smes).

This is the second edition of the pan-European convergence truckshow event with which Hikvision wants to bring global security solutions to the different geographical areas in which it operates. If in 2018 roadshow exhibited, fundamentally equipment based on the latest technology developed based on Artificial Intelligence, this year the truck will focus on higher turnover teams and the convergence of all of them on a single platform.

Like this, one of the central axes of this roadshow is the software offered by Hikvision and all its options, both in video management and in the convergence of all security elements in Hik-Connect and its accessibility from mobile devices.

In this area, the event also pays special attention to cybersecurity, an area in which Hikvision works intensively. The company has a Security Laboratory that uses the most important vulnerability recognition and monitoring tools in the world.

Internet of Things interoperability

Hikvision equipment has been designed and manufactured to work together, so that they do not require integration to facilitate their interoperability. In the age of the Internet of Things, the ability of all these elements to generate autonomous and intelligent actions is a paradigm shift.

The alarm keyboard, the video intern screen, cameras and any tablet or smartphone become multifunction elements capable of operating directly or remotely. In this way, the systems are not limited to receiving and verifying possible alerts to an incident but allow a complete bidirectional interaction.

"We are convinced that the future of security, at a time in the age of the Internet of Things, it goes through the convergence of all the elements in a single platform", explains Diego Di Giuseppe, CEO of Hikvision Spain.
