EET Europarts strengthens its position in surveillance and security with the acquisition of Pro-Vision
Based in the United Kingdom, the purchase of Pro-Vision is another step in the strategy of EET Europars to position itself at the forefront as a wholesaler of security systems in Europe.
The English Surveillance and Security Distributor Pro-Vision has become part of the wholesaler EET Europarts, that with this acquisition takes over a team of more than twenty employees specialized in CCTV and access control equipment, in addition to the distribution of more than sixty brands of reference manufacturers in the surveillance and security industry.
With a billing of 14 million euros per year, the purchase of Pro-Vision improves the position of the wholesaler, in line with its strategy of being the main reference in the commercialization of surveillance and security solutions in the European market.
Simon Smith, Managing Director of EET Europarts in the UK, has indicated its satisfaction with the acquisition of this distributor, "which has an excellent reputation in the CCTV and security market with providers such as Bosch, Pelco, Panasonic, Idis and Hanwha. In addition, provides us with a very strong sales and support team, that provides customers with the specialized knowledge and support needed to offer them the right solution".
For its part, Peter Ford, CEO of Pro-Vision, pointed out that "we want to contribute our knowledge to EET Europarts, experience and sales skills in the market. Of course, we will maintain the same relationships with our suppliers and I am confident that we are ready to gain significant market share in the future as an integral part of an ambitious and successful company.".
