Kudelski buys US firm Milestone Systems
With this operation, Swiss group reinforces its strategy to become a global provider of cybersecurity solutions, strengthening its presence in the environment of complex networks and infrastructures.
Kudelski has acquired the American company specialized in computer and network security solutions, Milestone Systems. Operation that will allow you to strengthen your focus on cybersecurity solutions.
With more than 3.500 employees and operations in 32 Countries, Kudelski, owner of Nagra, already has extensive experience in delivering digital security and conditional access solutions globally, as well as the provision of cybersecurity products and services for large business and public sector organizations in Switzerland.
Building on a long history of developing digital security products and services, Kudelski launched Kudelski Security in 2012 to focus on IT security solutions for the European market.
Last month the group expanded this strategic approach through a strategic alliance with Kryptus by expanding the cybersecurity offering., especially for the Latin American market.
With the acquisition of Milestone Systems, it will extend the focus to the U.S. market, being an important step towards becoming a global provider of cybersecurity solutions.
