With almost 20.000 Employees, Norway Post operates under its two brands, Post and Bring, developing and offering integrated solutions for postal mail, communications and logistics services in Norway. The Nordic company has 1.400 points of sale throughout the country through traditional post offices and different points of sale located in environments such as supermarkets.

The implementation of the access control solution of Nedap started in 2008 in Robsrud, where it handles more than 60% of all Norwegian mail. Today it has been installed in most of the postal terminals in Norway. The ease of integration allowed the expansion to the infrastructure of all the terminals in the country, in strategic locations such as Stavanger, Drammen, Frederikstad, Bergen, Mold, Trondheim and Oslo.

The fluidity of vehicles at the gates of the terminals is necessary for optimization and safety. Nedap's Transit long-range identification system offers fast and secure access control for vehicles entering and leaving terminals based on existing Credentials of Norway Post employees.
