Arteco, Manufacturer of video event management software solutions (VEMS), has developed an automatic license plate recognition application (Alpr) that you can trade on the open platform that Samsung Techwin offers in its cameras and domes of the WiseNetIII series.

In addition, thanks to its intuitive interface, The application can be configured to trigger events, Alerts and notifications every time the predefined license plates are read in it.
