Mobotix develops Moonlight technology 6 Mp: new benchmark for capturing moving objects

This new technology, available on all Mobotix dual camera systems and standalone sensor modules, It offers an optimal result for capturing moving images in colour even at lighting levels of 0,5 lux or less.

One of the latest innovations in image quality from Mobotix, along with the recent unveiling of the three new i25 indoor network cameras, c25 and p25 (more details in Digital Security Magazine) is the Moonlight technology of 6 Megapixel, that captures color moving images without blurring, even with illuminance levels of 0,5 lux or less, while in monochrome it achieves image sharpness with 0,1 Lux, equivalent to a moonlit exterior.

The new Moonlight technology from 6 MP está disponible en todos los sistemas de cámara dual y módulos de sensor independientes del fabricante y, en pocos meses, también lo estará para los sistemas monolentes.

Los modelos duales Mobotix M15, S15 y D15 existentes se pueden actualizar con sólo sustituir el módulo de sensor, lo que permite a los clientes proteger su inversión y disfrutar al mismo tiempo de la nueva tecnología.

El sensor Moonlight de 6 MP también incorpora una nueva apertura de angular, de 105º, lo que resulta idóneo para eliminar ángulos muertos en las esquinas de las habitaciones y tener la máxima cobertura, con un tamaño máximo de imagen de 3.072×2.048 Pixels.
