Bosch creates network evacuation solution for St. Petersburg Expoforum

Based on the Praesideo digital system, Bosch has designed a networked solution with eight controllers, A 90 power amplifiers and more than 2.500 Speakers, that allow a very specific distribution of sound and messages.

All components are networked via TCP/IP for audio and control data transmission. Due to the tight integration of all subsystems, The solution can be easily configured and managed remotely from multiple operator stations. In addition to standard password protection, The public address system is also secured against unauthorized connections from external devices, making it highly resistant to tampering.

The speakers chosen for this project are of the type used for evacuations and have an EN54-24 certificate.. The operating status and connections are continuously monitored to ensure the availability of the solution.

Although the Praesideo solution covers the current infrastructure, It is intended to be expanded at the same time as the exhibition center.
