The New York City Fire Department (FDNY) has chosen the technology of Intergraph to implement the CAD incident management system (Computer Aided Dispatch) and Public Safety solutions for mobile devices. This solution improves the responsiveness to emergency fire operations, search and rescue, pre-hospital care and citizen safety services on the big block.

CAD Incident Management System Allows incidents to be located on intelligent interactive maps immediately, both in the call center and through the mobile devices of the units, reducing reaction time and improving firefighters' performance.

The New York City Fire Department (FDNY), who responded in 2014 to a total of 1,6 millions of emergency calls, it will also implement NetViewer and NetDispatcher solutions to establish secure access and remote web communication between civil protection and emergency center operators, and firefighters.
