Kt&C unveils its EW38PUP4 mini-camera for ATMs and access control
Korean manufacturer KT&C, brand represented in the Spanish market by Euroma Telecom, has available the mini camera EW38PUP4, with Pin Hole lens and advanced video sensors to perform a double scan of the image in your application in ATMs, control in entrance doors and industrial cameras outdoors.
The EW38PUP4, developed by Kt&C and available in Spain through the distributor Euroma Telecom, offers a resolution of 700 lines, Professional WDR dynamic range and sensitivity of 0,1 Lux, that increases until it achieves 0,000001 (X256) thanks to the Digital Shutter function (DDS), allowing sharp images at very low brightness levels or with contrasts, as it happens when installed in ATMs or as access control at entrance doors, Etc.
One of the innovations of this mini camera (out of only 38×38 Mm.) is the incorporation of advanced video sensors to quickly perform a double scan of the image with different levels of shutter, thus obtaining two different samples according to the luminosity of these planes, that are subsequently mixed by zones so that none is left without luminosity, with dynamic ranges greater than 100 Db, thanks to the incorporation of a Double Scan Super Had II module of the firm Sony.
This device, powered by 24V AC, equips a Pin Hole lens of 4,3 Mm. Super Cone type, although other types of lens can be attached on request for specific applications. It also has a small rear joystick to easily configure all the options from the OSD on-screen menu, such as digital zoom (3X, anti-noise filters, white balance, digital day/night or masking areas.
