Canon has signed a collaboration agreement with Wavestore to deliver an intelligent, integrated security solution that delivers high image quality and advanced analytical capabilities.

The partnership will enable the development of advanced surveillance systems resulting from the combination of Canon's range of IP video surveillance cameras with Wavestore's video management software (Vms). Both companies are working to ensure analytics are fully integrated, with the aim of providing system integrators with greater surveillance capabilities. The Alliance, of European scope, It will enable both companies to create customized solutions based on each customer's requirements.

Located on the Canon stand (F500), Wavestore will focus on demonstrating the capabilities that Canon's IP video surveillance cameras can offer when connected to Wavestore's facial recognition system.

Canon's image quality enables advanced face detection and Wavestore representatives will demonstrate how users can be alerted if default faces are detected.
