Milestone Husky Series: NVR integrated into open platform IP video management software

The developer of IP video management software on open platform Milestone Systems has entered the market of complete video surveillance solutions with the range NVR of high performance Husky Series, offering high-performance hardware pre-installed on the company's VMS.

Milestone Husky Series are network video recorders with high-performance and easy-to-use all-in-one functions for video surveillance environments.

Designed for different video surveillance requirements, the range is available in three versions, all of them with three years warranty: Husky M10, a very thin and small desktop device without fan; Husky M30, high-performance desktop application, and Husky M50, high-performance drive, the latter mounted on support.

In addition, Milestone also offers be-made versions of the Husky series, with over forty individual combinations of compatible software and hardware. All systems offer high processing speed (i3/i5/i7); storage (of 1 To 24 Tb); RAM options (of 4 To 16 HB) and dual network interface cards.

These NVRs are simple and quick to install, as they offer automatic device detection, with wizards to configure the entire system, and license keys are pre-activated.

Milestone open platform supports more than 2.000 models of IP video surveillance cameras from more than a hundred manufacturers, as well as with Onvif and Psia devices, and can integrate with systems with video analytics and third-party access control to add value.

Customers have instant and remote access to live and recorded video through a flexible choice of interfaces, as Milestone XProtect Smart Client, XProtect Web Client or Mobile, all available in twenty-six languages.

Husky M30 and M50 systems are pre-installed with full-featured professional Milestone VMS. Maps provide an overview of a complete installation, and the Alarm Manager offers immediate visual checks while the camera carousels make a virtual visualization.

Workloads are minimized through a video schedule (Sequence Explorer and Smart Search), which are advanced research tools with options to share and export.
