Panasonic incorporates 30X Full HD optical zoom in its new i-Pro SmartHD IP Dome cameras

The WV-SW598 and WV-SC588 IP dome cameras are the equipment that Panasonic has incorporated into its i-Pro SmartHD range. 30x optical zoom in Full HD and resolution 1920 X 1980 Pixel are its main features.

Resolution, Functionality, Strength and quality are some of the defining characteristics of the WV-SW598 and WV-SC588 models of Panasonic. These are two IP dome cameras (the first for outdoor and the second for indoor) belonging to the manufacturer's i-Pro SmartHD range.

The WV-SW598 has been designed to withstand temperatures from -50ºC to +55ºC, while the WV-SC588 is distinguished by not having a housing over the lens to ensure higher resolution and better image quality.

Thanks to IP5x certificate, The WV-SC588 dome camera is shown as a device resistant to inclemency and dust so it can be installed in very inhospitable indoor industrial locations without industrial activity affecting the operation of the camera.

Also, The WV-W598 dome camera has an IP66 certificate, making it extremely rugged, ensuring dust isolation, as well as the protection of the camera housing against water, even if it arrives with a lot of power and from any direction. In addition, The new Coating function enables clear and crisp images by avoiding marks on the dome of water and dirt.

The WV-SW598 IP Dome Camera will provide real-time Full HD IP Video, even under the worst weather conditions.

Full HD Resolution
Images from these cameras offer a Full HD image resolution of up to 1920 X 1080. They are transmitted via IP through multiple sequences encoded in H.264 High profile and JPEG for real-time monitoring and high-definition recording simultaneously, thanks to Panasonic UniPhier technology.

If you are working with a Full-HD resolution at 1080p, are captured up to 30 images per second.

Both dome cameras can achieve up to 30x optical zoom in Full HD resolution as well as 12x digital zoom.
Its self-tracking feature, combined with the Panasonic Alarm Protocol, Allows you to manage the interconnection of up to eight cameras.

In addition, compared to conventional surveillance cameras, Both models offer a wider dynamic range (128X) thanks to Panasonic's MEGA SuperDynamic technology and ABS technology (Adaptive Black Stretch).

Face Super Dynamic technology is designed to ensure that facial images are reproduced in a clearer and sharper way, while the high-sensitivity functionality allows you to visualize with 0,5 lux in color mode and 0,06 black and white lux with an F-stop opening 1.6, which allows us to provide truthful information on the 24 hours a day.

Both cameras feature a 360° swivel and PTZ control that is both smooth and progressive, With 16 pan/tilt speeds and drag and zoom operation for more precise control.

When used with the WV-CU950 system controller you can choose up to 256 Control speeds, while the advanced auto-tracking function pan/tilt automatically follows a moving subject by keeping it in the center of the image.
