“Future Scenarios”, to debate at Security Forum
The 17 And 18 April, Barcelona International Convention Centre to host Security Forum, a meeting that among other experts will be attended by Andrew Amery and Christopher John Allison, top safety officers at the London Olympics.
Under the title Future Scenarios will be developed, within the framework of Security Forum (17 And 18 April in Barcelona), Security Forum Dialogs, a meeting with a totally innovative format and with a firm commitment to offer specialized and quality content in terms of prevention and safety. Among other topics, international experts will address new risks and threats, the necessary cooperation between public and private security, the importance of internationally harmonized legislation, the unstoppable advance of Latin America or the protection against possible cyber attacks.
Two of the protagonists of Security Forum Dialogs will be Andrew Amery, Director of Olympic Games Security (OLYMPICS) from London 2012, and Christopher John Allison, National Coordinator of Olympic Security for the Olympic Games of 2012 and the Paralympic Games. His presentation, framed within the thematic block "Security in major international events", will allow to know the planning of the initial security of an event of the characteristics of some JJ OO, on the pillar of a risk assessment process and innovative safety concepts.
Moreover, the heads of security in Spain will discuss Spaces for collaboration between Public Security and Private Security.
Next to them, Chema Alonso, IT consultant, address the Enterprise cyberespionage, and Luis González Nogales, International Security Consultant, and founder at 1979 of the current Nicaraguan Army, Analyze Private Security in Latin America. Challenges and Opportunities. In addition, Joseph M. Rodriguez, technical director of the Institute for Technological Research in Security Markets (ITMS), will present the Market Study of the Security Sector in Spain 2013. Other topics that will be discussed at the Forum include aspects such as the European framework in comparative safety legislation and fire protection.
The congress, aimed at public and private security managers, directors and heads of Security departments, professionals of security companies, as well as officials of public bodies, among other professionals, will allow you to know the latest trends, progress in R&D and legislative advances, without forgetting the new threats and challenges that we will have to face in the not too distant future.
More than 50 Exhibitors
So far, more than 50 exhibiting companies have confirmed their attendance at this international meeting that, for two days it will become a real showcase for the exhibition of the latest innovations and technologies in equipment, products and services, as well as in space for knowledge and exchange of experiences. A unique space, 3.500 square meters of exhibiting area, that will facilitate the work of the visitor when contacting suppliers, regular and potential customers, access new proposals and emerging trends.
