Synology Introduces VisualStation VS240HD
The NAS Product Developer (Network Attached Storage) high-performance, Synology, announced the launch of the new VisualStation VS240HD, A high-performance surveillance solution created to facilitate the viewing of multiple live channels and playback in surveillance facilities with the possibility of connecting up to 24 High-definition IP cameras.
Synology has released VisualStation VS240HD, a cost-effective surveillance solution designed to facilitate the display of multiple channels on HDMI displays. The VS240HD features powerful image decoding capability that supports up to 24 simultaneous display channels 240 FPS at 720p. The two HDMI video outputs make it an ideal surveillance solution for large-scale use, allowing users to broadcast high-quality footage on different screens in a state-of-the-art security center.

Together with the Synology DiskStation or RackStation, VS240HD enables real-time display of MJPEG compression formats, MPEG4, and H.264, including audio. Pan/Titl/Zoom Cameras (Ptz) They are also prepared for comprehensive object monitoring and tracking. Users can view both real-time and recorded video footage, and export high-quality HDTV videos and image captures to external USB storage devices. All these functionalities can be easily managed through a user interface with a USB mouse.
