Samsung Techwin launches free Samsung Security Manager network video surveillance software

South Korean company Samsung's security division, Samsung Techwin, announced the launch of Samsung Security Manager (Ssm), a unique management software platform that maximizes the efficiency of the South Korean firm's network products (including network cameras, Encoders, Recorders, DVRs and NVRs.

Samsung has introduced Samsung Security Manager, a free management software platform for video surveillance, designed for your customers to get the most out of their network camera investment, Encoders, The company's DVR and NVR. The Samsung Security Manager client server architecture allows the installation of up to 1.152 cameras in multiple buildings or locations for centralized management and facilitates, authorized users, monitoring recorded or live images from anywhere on the network.

The SSM's graphical interface also makes it easy to register new devices, while the software performs 'checks of its proper functioning’ and allows automatic updating of any Samsung device on the network.
