Iomega announces new network security surveillance recording products

The storage solution provider, Iomega, launched the new StorCenter Network Video Recorder, offering storage for reliable, easy-to-use video security surveillance combined with video management software, and that it comes in two- and four-drive desktop models that use server-grade hard drives that can reach 12 Tb.

The new Iomega StorCenter NVR will be available in three versions: A two-drive model equipped with two server-grade hard drives 2 TB to give a total of 4 TB of total storage capacity; A four-drive model partially equipped with two server-grade disks 3 TB giving a total of 6 TB of total storage capacity; and a fully-featured four-drive model with four server-class disks. 3 TB giving a total of 12TB of storage capacity. Models of 4 TB and 6 TBs include four camera licenses each; The model of 12 TB includes eight camera licenses. Each device supports up to 16 Cameras.
