Pelco announces new BU series of bullet cameras with long-range infrared lighting

Pelco by Schneider Electric has unveiled its new BU series of integrated bullet cameras, that offer high-resolution images, wide dynamic range, and day/night models, and that are designed for low-light and low-light applications, with options for long- and short-range infrared lighting between 15 And 40 Meters.

Pelco, Schneider Electric company specialized in design, development and manufacture of video security systems, has announced the market availability of its new BU series of bullet security cameras, This new series of analogue cameras is the latest addition to Pelco's range of security video solutions.

The BU series offers high-resolution colors, Wide dynamic range and models for day and night, typically reserved for more expensive video security systems. These bullet cameras are designed for low or no light applications. Choose from a wide selection of long-range and short-range infrared lighting options, and capture clear images in most low- or no-light conditions.

IR options include:

• BU4 Series with IR range of 15 Meters

• BU5 Series with IR range of 25 Meters

• BU6 Series with IR range of 40 Meters

In addition, some of the BU Series camera models include digital backlight processing technologies, Digital Visual Noise Reduction, private areas, Motion detection and adapted playback tones to compensate for object shadows. These new cameras are designed for surveillance of multiple types of internal and external environments, including parking lots, Shops, Banks, Schools and restaurants.
