Vivotek opens a service center in the Netherlands
The manufacturer of IP surveillance solutions, Vivotek, has opened a return centre in the Netherlands, that will be managed by the Dutch company Comserve Network Netherlands and that will be used to provide services for the repair or replacement of products of the Taiwanese firm within the product warranty period.
Vivotek has opened a Return Merchandise Authorization Center (Rma) in the Netherlands, guaranteeing a delivery time of 7 business days for return. From now on, the after-sales service provider Comserve Network Netherlands BV, based in the Netherlands, provide repair or replacement services of Vivotek products within the product warranty period.
William Ku, Director of Brand Business at Vivotek, Said: “We are excited to work with Comserve to meet the growing demands of users around the world, particularly in Europe”.
