The manufacturer of IP video solutions, Lilin, has partnered with the French firm Shaktiware, specialized in identification systems, vehicle tracking and classification, for the development of a license plate reading solution.

The software also uses video sensors to identify the location of vehicles.

After being recommended a 1080p HD IP camera capable of recording at 30 Fps, Shaktiware has tested Lilin's camera and examined the differences. Lilin's software and cameras integrated with Sense Up+ technology have already been installed in bus stations in France, resulting in crystal clear visualization through 30 lines.
