Telnet provides an edge video surveillance system to Camping Vendrell Platja

The company Telnet Systems 2008 has carried out the integration project of an IP video surveillance system, a centralized control system of technical facilities and public Internet access at Camping Vendrell Platja, in Comarruga (Tarragona). The integration is based on an IP communications system implemented with a computer Wavion WBS2400 that covers the entire campsite, and what it supports 2 Virtual Networks (VLANS), one for public access to the Internet through a 4ipnet hotspot with captive portal requesting authorization to access the Internet and the other to safely support the video surveillance system and control system.

The video surveillance system controls the perimeter and access of the campsite, and has been implemented with IP cameras day / night that are linked to the Wavion equipment through 2.4GHz access points, and allows you to view and record the images at the control post of the campsite offices.

Centralized control system allows technical alarms to be raised (as boiler breakdowns, Breakdowns in water and diesel pumps, Deposit levels), and firing a signal at the office checkpoint. The system is implemented by signal pickers and actuators that communicate through the VLAN WIFI network of the video surveillance system.
