Jesús Garzón is appointed director of Mobotix for Southern Europe

Jesus Garzón, director of Spain, Portugal, Africa and the Middle East of Mobotix AG, has become the new director for Southern Europe of the German network-based high-resolution video system manufacturer.

Mobotix AG has announced that Jesús Garzón, director of Spain and Portugal of the German company from 2004, position to which the responsibility of leadership of Africa and the Middle East was added two years ago, has acquired the new position of director for Southern Europe of the firm, thus incorporating into their business development management responsibilities, in addition to the Iberian Peninsula, Italy and Southern Eastern Europe.

As garzón explained, "This new position is a challenge that I take on with satisfaction and joy as it demonstrates the confidence that the company has in me.. It is clear that it will be a great challenge and a lot of work, But, Of course, for me it means the recognition of these 7 years of work and good results. It's a big responsibility that I'm going to perform to the best of my ability.".

Jesús Garzón holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Salamanca. He began his professional career in the Sol Meliá hotel chain, where he held for more than three years the position of assistant director to the HR department. PP. in different hotel complexes in Spain as well as Technology and Quality Coordinator at the company's headquarters in Palma de Mallorca. Subsequently, joined the multinational company Convision Technology GmbH as Account Manager. In this same company, where he worked for five years, held different positions of responsibility until promoting International Sales Manager for Southern Europe and Latin America, position he held before joining Mobotix AG in 2004.
